We know that having to pay the first months rent, as well as 5-6 weeks worth of deposit is a lot for most people. To help tenants move in, we offer a rental package where, you voluntarily pay a marginally higher rent every month, and do not need to provide us with a deposit.

- Rent = £1200 per month
- Deposit (6 weeks) = £1800
- Total First Month = £1200 + £1800 = £3000

Without Deposit:
- Rent = £1320 per month
- Deposit = £0
- Total First Month = £1320

No. We do not usually include the utility bills

Yes!! All furry friends are allowed, however, as anyone with pets knows, they do sometimes cause a bit of extra wear and tear. So to account for this, renting with pets does come with slightly higher rent every month.

There are no additional fees. All services are included within a single monthly 'Rent' payment.
